Central Saint Martins Creative Technology Day to inspire next generation
Tim Regan from Microsoft presented Tenison Road – a project his team created to reveal what location-specific data means to people living and working in different locations.
The project focused on how to make user interfaces more engaging, such as for public surveys and voting platforms, through using paper, card, plastics, robotics and sensors.
Central Saint Martins held a Creative Technology Day to bring together tech experts and young people wanting to learn more about the digital industry. The theme of the day, "learning through making", encouraged primary and secondary schools and higher education to create technologies in both formal and informal settings.
