Oracle Openworld 2014
It was telling from the first big keynote, that Oracle remains serious about retail. Walgreens, P&G and Dunnhumby were all on stage talking about their use of big data and the cloud in retail.
Walgreens [pictured] and Dunnhumby in particular stated their continued interest in mobile health and wellbeing, and in breakout sessions, footwear retailer Toms and US retailer Tilly’s discussed their retail challenges.
