Rising Stars 2014: Most Influential Women in UK IT
Cristiana co-founded Silicon Milkroundabout, the UK's largest jobs fair for product managers, designers and developers. Silicon Milkroundabout is busy helping thousands of talented people find jobs by disrupting the recruitment market; using events and tech to give the jobseeker a direct line to tech startup teams.
Cristiana heads up the 'Silicon Milkroundabout bootstrapped initiative' to support founders under 25, local East London founders and startups with women on their founding teams. She spoke about the importance for these bootstrapped teams to be recognised at 10 Downing Street in late 2013.
During the judging process for the top 25 Most Influential Women in UK IT the judges felt that a Rising Star category needed to be added so a handful of the ladies could be acknowledged for their work and their potential.
