40 years ago today: Computer Weekly January 24 1974
It’s always interesting to see how salaries have changed. So 40 years ago, British Gas was looking for a senior project leader, with a starting salary of £3700 a year. In today’s money that’s about £32,678. While there’s a bit of a spread in salaries for current senior project leader vacancies, it looks like £40-50k is about average.
