Six tips on how to create a clear project plan
Once you have established your scope, schedule and cost baselines you need to create the steps the team will take in order to manage any adjustments to your plans.
TIP: Management plans for modifying baselines usually include:
- A review
- An approval process (different approval levels are normally required for different types of changes).
A process will be needed to consider any new requests, to determine their impact on the project however not all requests will result in changes to the scope, schedule or budget.
In this gallery you will find a six-step approach to creating the perfect project plan. Each slide will take the project manager through how to build a clear roadmap for an IT project.
The next slide will show you how to communicate.
