Humans are the ultimate mobile platform – pictures from Intel Developer Forum 2013

Intel Chief Evangelist and Futurist, Steve Brown along with Intel Principal Engineer, Lama Nachman held a “day zero” briefing session for analysts and press to examine how we might use new ultra-powerful computing devices in the future. 

As well as discussing whether we should use computing to change the world, or make electronic coffee cups – the pair also dug into Intel’s position on contextually aware devices and the applications which serve them. In the (very near) future, devices will need to be capable of contextually sensing the environment around us and adjusting application delivery to suit our tastes on the fly.
