Wendy Mars is senior director, datacentre and virtualisation for EMEAR and leads a team who are responsible for leading Cisco’s ability to innovate and maintain technical leadership within our customers and the market.

She joined Cisco in 2008 from ThruPoint, where she held the position of global chief technology officer, working with enterprise and service provider clients across the globe with specific responsibility for the ongoing development of the company’s services portfolio.  Prior to joining ThruPoint in 1996, Wendy worked for Morgan Stanley on a series of major technology initiatives in Europe, the U.S and Asia.
