CityFibre expands connectivity offer with Digital Wholesale Solutions
Wholesale full-fibre provider CityFibre is to make its products available to independent communications, IT and cloud services provider DWS
Alternative wholesale full-fibre provider CityFibre is to make its products available to independent communications, IT and cloud services provider Digital Wholesale Solutions (DWS).
The move reflects the company’s aim to keep up the building momentum in rolling out advanced broadband to select parts of the UK.
The deal will initially cover 27 towns and cities across the UK, and will see DWS work with tier one telcos and IT suppliers.
It will offer Ethernet products over CityFibre’s networks that offer connectivity bandwidths ranging from 100Mbps to 1Gbps.
In addition, DWS has launched its Fibre Flex service, which guarantees 200Mbps both up and down and the provision to burst up to 1Gbps without incurring additional charges or having to pre-arrange more bandwidth availability.
“DWS has tremendous channel reach, working with over 2,500 resellers,” said CityFibre head of wholesale Andy Wilson.
“It will be able to complement its existing product portfolio with some of the most exciting connectivity products on the market.
