This is the draft guidance page on Reporting for Community Safety Partnership Clusters in London. Please send comments on errors and omissions to me for forwarding. Emergency and Non-Emergency Reporting and Contacts
Police
Contact the police – GOV.UK: call 999 to report a crime in progress or if some-one is in imminent danger, otherwise call 101 or use one of the on-line reporting services

- On-line fraud can be reported direct to Action Fraud and Phishing e-mails and texts forwarded without the need for active reporting
- For on-line sexual abuse and grooming you can report direct to the CEOP Safety Centre
What happens after you report a crime? and What to expect if you are arrested
To pass on “intelligence” about what is happening locally (as opposed to reports for action) you can use Contact your local policing team | Metropolitan Police including to named officers/PCSOs.

Those who wish to remain anonymous should use Crimestoppers and tell their children about Fearless the Crime Stoppers Service for those aged 10 -17 and NSPCC – Childline. Note also the Revenge Porn Helpline – 0345 6000 459 and The Survivors Trust – Rape & Sexual Abuse Services UK
Anonymous reporting of elder abuse is via Hourglass (the new name for Action on Elder Abuse).
Fire

Ambulance
When to call 999 – NHS (www.nhs.uk) The guidance is different for adults and children. If it is not a life threatening emergency you should call 111 or visit Get help for your symptoms – NHS 111 .
